Smoothiesss yes that is the topic for this post. I love to have a smoothie now and then. It really feels wonderful to sip them , lick them and taste them. It is so energizing and in one way boost up my feelings. I really feel happy after drinking a good smoothie (really). Try it !!

All the ingredients are on my favourites list  and also comes under healthy food list,  so I decided to go for this one . As Pavithra says , try to use ripe bananas  and don't use sugar!!
