White pumpkin Halwa
After a break here I am , I was looking for some good recipe which uses white pumpkin (vellai poosanikai). That is when I saw this website which explains a recipe of white pumpkin halwa. http://veetusamayal.blogspot.com/2007/12/white-pumpkin-halwa-kasi-halwa.html The recipe is very simple and easy. I tried it and it came out well. I saw a few other websites for this halwa but this one looked good and the best part is the addition of milk, which gives the halwa a very good taste and texture. Enjoy it !
