Mahanandi » Coconut Burfi (Kobbari Paakam, Kobbari Lauju)
I always check Mahanandi before making a dish. This time , I had lots of coconut which I bought for Pongal, so checked dishes which use coconut and landed in this simple recipe.
And also saw this chocolate dipped variation and tried it. Wow, cool so cute, simple and delicious. My kids loved them and am sure all kids and adults will love it.
